===**Preparation for 1% Agarose gel**===

  - Take 1 gm of agarose powder in a flask in such a way that it should not touch side surface of flask.
  - Dissolve agarose powder in to 100ml Hippurate buffer
  - Boil it until agarose is completely dissolved and solution become clear and homogenous
