**Sample Preparation**

Collect the blood sample in Red vacuette.
Allow the sample to clot completely and centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 4 minutes.
Take 200 microliter serum sample in to aliquot and add 20 microliter bromophenol blue dye and mix it.
